My bag arrived folded and there’s a crease in the back and sides because of it, what do I do?Updated 2 years ago

Our bags are folded and shipped flat which causes the crease; this is by design, as the original reference is a typical shopping bag. The material the bags are made from is very resilient and after a few weeks of regular use, the crease goes away completely. If you want to keep the crease, store your bag folded flat the way it arrived, or if you prefer to get rid of the crease you can stuff your bag and hang it from a clothes hanger.
